Prophetic has two map views: Standard and Enhanced. Each uses different imagery sources, which affects how you check for the most recent capture dates.
Standard View
Standard view uses imagery from Mapbox. There's no capture date visible in the interface — Mapbox doesn't surface that metadata to us, so we're not able to display it on our end. The imagery updates automatically as Mapbox refreshes its data.
Enhanced View
Enhanced view uses high-resolution imagery from Nearmap, which updates on a rolling basis depending on your area. To check when your specific market was last captured:
Go to nearmap.com/coverage
Scroll down to the map and search for your address or area
The map will show coverage status and the most recent capture date for that location
If coverage for your area looks significantly out of date, reach out through the Support button and we can follow up with our Nearmap contacts directly.
A Few Things to Know
Enhanced view is available to accounts with Nearmap access — if you don't see the Enhanced toggle, it may not be included in your current plan
Nearmap captures major metro areas and high-growth markets most frequently; rural areas may update less often
If you're seeing imagery that looks several years old in Standard view, try switching to Enhanced for a more recent capture of that area
