New Map Layers — June 2026

New utility, zoning, land use, and boundary layers are now available across Alabama, Oregon, South Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Georgia.

Several new map layers have shipped this month across multiple states:

Utility Layers

  • Water and sewer mains are now available for the Gresham, OR area, added to the existing Oregon utilities layer

  • Water and sewer utility data is now available for the Columbus, OH area

  • South Carolina utility layers have been added, including support for LETTS sewer classification

Subdivision & Development Layers

  • Huntsville, AL now includes subdivision boundaries

  • Alabama statewide Opportunity Zones are now available as a map layer

Zoning & Land Use Layers

  • A statewide South Carolina road zoning layer is now live, showing road-frontage-based zoning classifications

  • Oregon Urban and Rural Reserves boundaries are now available

  • Prince William County, VA long range land use plan is now available as a map overlay

  • Barrow County, GA future land use map is now live
