When running a subdivision or multifamily search in SearchAI, the non-covered space filter now defaults to 90%. This means results will automatically prioritize parcels with minimal existing structural coverage — sites that are more likely to be viable for new development.
You can still adjust this filter manually if your search requires a different threshold.
