SearchAI's search intentions — also called search types — are now available on the mobile app. An intention is the first thing you choose when opening SearchAI: it tells Prophetic what kind of site you're looking for before you apply filters, and each one surfaces different results and enables different filter options.

Previously the mobile app offered basic map browsing and parcel lookup. With SearchAI intentions now on mobile, you can run a targeted search by development type directly from your phone — finished lots, residential land, assemblages, multifamily, commercial, and more — with the same options available on web.

This is the most significant user-facing change in this release, alongside a set of stability improvements that make the app faster and more reliable across devices.
