New Map Layers — June 2026

Several new regional map layers are now available, covering utility territories, geographic opportunity areas, LiDAR-derived contours, and market submarkets.

The following map layers are now available in the platform:

Florida — Geographic Areas of Opportunity

Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC)-designated Geographic Areas of Opportunity are now available as a map layer. These areas indicate parcels that may qualify for a credit boost under FHFC guidelines.

Florida — Central Counties Electric Utility Service Territories

Electric utility service territory boundaries are now available for Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole, Brevard, and Volusia counties in Central Florida.

Georgia — 10-County Utility & Sewer

Utility and sewer infrastructure data is now available for a 10-county area in the Atlanta metro.

South Carolina — Horry County LiDAR Contours

LiDAR-derived elevation contours are now available for Horry County, SC (Myrtle Beach area), giving you high-resolution terrain data for site evaluation.

Nevada — Las Vegas Submarkets

The Las Vegas metro is now broken into 5 distinct submarkets within the map layer, giving you a more granular view of the market for site analysis and comparison.
