How do I log in to Prophetic?
You can access Prophetic at app.propheticsoftware.ai from any desktop browser.
For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Enter the email address and password associated with your account and click Sign In. Users eligible for SSO will be prompted, no password required. Please note that you cannot create new accounts, new users are created by the Prophetic team. Contact support to get new users access to the platform.
Prophetic also has mobile apps available for iOS and Android if you prefer to work from your phone or tablet.
Troubleshooting
I haven't received my login invitation — what do I do?
New accounts are set up by the Prophetic team and access is granted via email invitation. If you haven't received yours, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, reach out to your account manager and they'll get it sorted quickly.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link shortly. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your account manager.
A Few Things to Know
Your account is tied to the email address your organization provided when setting up access. If you're unsure which email to use, reach out to your account manager.
Prophetic is a browser-based platform, however you can download the mobile app on your desktop, or save the Prophetic website as a shortcut that opens like an app — no browser tabs needed. See steps below:
Chrome:
Go to app.propheticsoftware.ai
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right
Go to Cast, save and share → Install Page as App
Edit the title if you would like to make any changes, and click Install
Edge:
Go to app.propheticsoftware.ai
Click the three dots (…) in the top right
Go to Apps → Install this site as an app
Click Install
Safari (Mac):
Go to app.propheticsoftware.ai
Click File in the menu bar
Select Add to Dock
The shortcut will appear on your desktop or taskbar and open Prophetic in its own window.
