When you run a search in SearchAI, your results appear both on the map and in the results list panel on the right. Here's how to work with them effectively.
The Results List
Each result in the list shows the parcel address or APN, acreage, owner name, and the key values that matched your search filters — so you can compare parcels at a glance without clicking into each one. The list updates in real time as you adjust filters or pan the map.
Sorting Results
Use the sort control at the top of the results list to reorder by acreage, assessed value, hold time, or other available fields. Sorting by hold time (how long the current owner has held the parcel) is particularly useful for identifying long-held, potentially motivated sellers — owners who bought 10+ years ago often have a lower cost basis and more flexibility on price.
Opening a Parcel
Click any result in the list to highlight it on the map and open the property panel. From there you have access to the full property intelligence — ZoneAI, SiteAI, Due Diligence, Find Contact Info, Send Letter, and Save to Project — without leaving the search context.
Navigating Between Results
Use the arrow controls in the property panel to move forward and backward through your search results without returning to the list. This is the fastest way to work through a long list of candidates — open the first result, review it, and step through to the next.
Exporting Results
To export your search results as a CSV for reporting or further analysis, use the export option in the results panel toolbar. The export includes all visible fields for every parcel in your current filtered results. For more detail on exporting, see Exporting Your Pipeline as a CSV.
Saving Results to a Project
There are currently two ways to add parcels from your search to a project:
From the search results list (card view): Use the "Save to Project" button on each individual card. This is the most straightforward option, though it does require saving one parcel at a time.
From the map: Click a parcel to select it, then hold Shift and continue clicking additional parcels to multi-select. Once you have the parcels you want, save them to a project from the property panel. This can be faster when working with a cluster of nearby parcels.
Bulk selecting directly from the search results list and saving to a project in one action is a feature currently in development — stay tuned for updates.
