How to Export a PDF Report

How to export a Full Analysis PDF report from any parcel, what's included, and how document credits work.

Written by Mikaila McLane

Full Analysis PDF reports let you export a complete property analysis to a shareable file — useful for presenting a site to leadership, attaching to a deal record, or sending to a partner who isn't in the platform.

How to Export a PDF Report

Click any parcel to open the property panel, then select Full Analysis. Once the Full Analysis has loaded, look for the Export PDF button in the panel. Click it and the report will generate and download to your device. Each PDF export uses one document credit from your organization's credit pool.

What's Included in the Report

The Full Analysis PDF is a comprehensive property report that includes:

  • Parcel overview — address, APN, acreage, assessed and market value

  • Ownership information and transaction history

  • Zoning summary — zone code, permitted uses, setbacks, and dimensional standards

  • Zoning map with parcel highlighted

  • Environmental data — FEMA flood zones, wetlands, slope

  • Soil map and conditions

  • DevMap snapshot — nearby recent, current, and future development

  • School ratings and district information

  • Demographics and community data

  • Parcel lot line measurements

Exporting a SiteAI Report

If you've run a SiteAI site plan on a parcel and want to include it in a report, save the plan first, then export the PDF from the SiteAI output panel rather than the Full Analysis panel. The SiteAI report includes the site plan visual, all yield metrics, and the zoning inputs used to generate it — useful for sharing with leadership or attaching to an offer package.

Document Credits

Each PDF export uses one document credit. Credits are shared across your organization and don't reload automatically. To check your balance or request more credits, contact your account manager. For more detail, see Letter Credit Reloads.
