Can I add more than one lot size to a SiteAI project?
Yes — SiteAI supports multiple home models within a single project, each with its own lot size. This is how you plan for a community with a mix of product types (for example, 50-foot and 65-foot lots on the same site).
How to Add Additional Home Models
Home models are configured in Step 4: Home Model Configuration of the SiteAI workflow.
Open SiteAI and proceed to Step 4.
Configure your first home model — enter the lot size and any relevant dimensions.
Click the + Insert New Home Model button (green, located below the Home Model Configuration section).
A new home model entry will appear. Configure the lot size and dimensions for your second product type.
Repeat for any additional models you want to include in the run.
SiteAI will optimize lot placement across the site using all configured home models.
Why This Matters
Most real-world communities aren't one-size-fits-all. A 20-acre site might support a mix of smaller lots near an amenity and larger lots along the perimeter. Adding multiple home models lets SiteAI reflect that reality in its yield estimate rather than forcing a single lot size across the entire site.
