You can view a full history of every letter you've sent directly in the platform — including recipient details and dates.
To access your letter history:
Click the double arrow icon (») in the top right corner of the screen
Select Letters from the menu
This will show all letters you've sent along with recipient information, so you can quickly check whether a specific owner has already been contacted.
A Few Things to Know
Letter history is tied to your individual user account — you'll only see letters sent by you, not by other members of your team
If you're trying to check your remaining credit balance, you can find that in the Send Letter window before hitting Send
