From any parcel — whether you found it in SearchAI, on the map, or in a project — you can send a physical letter to the owner without ever leaving the platform. Click Send Letter on the parcel panel, choose your card style and handwriting style, write or select a template message, and confirm. Prophetic handles the rest through our handwritten letter vendor — a real, physical handwritten letter mailed to the owner's address on file.

Viewing your letter history
To see all letters you've sent across all parcels and projects, click the double arrow icon (») in the top right corner of the platform and select Letters. You'll see a full history with recipient details and send dates.
Managing credits
Letters are sent using letter credits. To check your current balance, open the Send Letter window on any parcel — your balance displays before you confirm the send. To request more credits, contact your account manager.
