Saved searches let you capture a set of filters and a geographic area so you can rerun the same search anytime without rebuilding it from scratch. If you're monitoring a market over time or running the same criteria across multiple geographies, saved searches are the fastest way to work.

After configuring your filters and running a search, look for the Save Search option in the search panel. Give it a name that's descriptive enough to find later — something like "Phoenix 5+ acres R1 zoning" or "Tampa assemblage targets" works better than a generic name. The saved search stores your filter settings, search type, and geographic boundary together.

Open the saved searches panel from the SearchAI menu. Your saved searches are listed by name. Click any saved search to reload it — your filters reapply and the results refresh against current data. This means the same search may return different results over time as ownership changes, new parcels become available, or data updates.

Open a saved search, adjust any filters or boundary, and save again. You can overwrite the existing saved search or save it as a new one. If you're tracking a market that's evolved — say you've expanded your target acreage range or added a new filter — overwriting keeps your saved search list clean.

From the saved searches panel, select the search you want to remove and delete it. Deleting a saved search doesn't affect any projects or parcels — it only removes the search configuration.

Saved searches are currently personal — they're saved to your account and not shared across your team. If a colleague needs the same search, they'll need to configure it in their own account. Shareable searches are on the product roadmap.
